Time World Co., Ltd. / O2 Capsule Malaysia presented the Z4, a multi-person pressurized oxygen chamber, at Medical Fair Asia 2026. The company develops and manufactures Japanese-made oxygen capsules and oxygen boxes and provides an integrated service covering design, manufacturing, installation and maintenance.
According to the exhibition presentation, the Z4 creates a pressurized environment with controlled oxygen concentration and was promoted for recovery, conditioning and rehabilitation-related use. The presenter also referred to Z2, Z4 and Z6 models, with the exhibited Z4 described as accommodating up to four people.
The company offers single-person O2 Capsule systems, multi-person O2 BOX units and multi-purpose O2 DOME solutions, with customization available for different applications. In addition to several showrooms in Japan, it operates a showroom in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and targets sports, wellness and rehabilitation-related facilities.

So, what we have over here is the Z4 hyperbaric machine. Basically, what it does is it pressurizes, right?So, it’s a pressurized chamber where we increase the air pressure as well as the oxygen concentration.
Now, what this does is it essentially separates the oxygen from our red blood cells, right?We can separate the oxygen and dissolve it into the plasma, thereby delivering the oxygen into our deep muscle, deep tissues,and deep cells for better cell activation as well as increase better recovery and also speed up rehabilitation.
So if let’s say you have any back pains, muscle aches or you don’t have good sleep, right?You can go inside chamber for an hour and you get about 2 to 3 hours of deep sleep recovery equivalent.
So we have a few different models.
We have the Z6, Z2, Z4, and we have the Z4 over here, which can fit up to four people. All right.
