Now, let me introduce our product.
We create a concentrated liquid similar to espresso by passing water over coffee beans from above.
What’s amazing about this is that it can make 25 espresso shots in just 5 minutes,which is much faster than conventional products.
Also, because it uses the natural pressure of water, it doesn’t require electricity,and the extracted liquid can be stored in the refrigerator for two weeks.
Regarding the texture, coffee extracted with ColdPerk has an espresso-like viscosity.
It is very concentrated yet has a thick, smooth mouthfeel,so it can be used in a variety of drinks similar to espresso,leading to a more satisfying cup.
