DKK Co., Ltd. is exhibiting three concept models at Thermo Tech 2026 aimed at improving changeover operations. All three are working demo units, presented to highlight labor savings and greater efficiency in setup.
The lineup consists of a demo of a fixture that can grip workpieces of different diameters, a mechanism that automatically switches heating coils, and a unit that automatically switches the cooling-water coverage area when the size changes.
The exhibit is an effort to meet demand for reducing setup work and improving efficiency in high-frequency induction heating. Development toward commercialization is also under way.
