In metalworking and threading operations, extending tool life and maintaining the precision of thread profiles are critical challenges directly tied to production efficiency and costs. Especially when machining difficult-to-cut materials like stainless steel or alloy steel, selecting high-performance tapping tools that offer high wear resistance and break-resistance is essential.
At the exhibition, EMKAY TOOLS presented premium threading solutions, showcasing a wide lineup of “Carbide Taps” and “HSS (High-Speed Steel) Taps” precisely manufactured at their own production facilities. Over the years, the company has focused on manufacturing and supplying high-precision threading tools utilizing carefully selected materials and state-of-the-art heat treatment techniques.
At their booth, they highlighted the exceptional tool durability and sharp cutting performance delivered by their precise edge geometries, demonstrating their latest coated taps engineered to reduce frictional heat and ensure smooth chip evacuation. This solution is ideal for automotive component and general machinery manufacturers looking to boost threading productivity and extend tool longevity.

This is our stall, and as you can see, we manufacture gas booster systems, overload pumps, quick dye change systems, and air operated hydraulic pumps.
These are mostly imported but we manufacture in India.
So, we are the only manufacturer in India with these pumps and valves.
This is our main product. This is called the quick dye change system’s hydraulic power unit.
It is operated by air and generates hydraulic pressure.
For the dye clamping system, this generates the pressure.
We give command to this power pack through the panel and its pressure goes to our hydraulic.
These are our hydraulic clamps which are used to clamp the dye in the press.
This is a mold clamp, this is for injection molding.
And this is a dye clamp which is used for presses.
Similarly, this is another clamp which is used for foraging.
Similarly, for our quick dye change system, our dye arms are used in front of the press.
And lifters are used in the T-slot.
Essentially, what we do is, we keep the dye on it.
High weight dyes are there in 2 tons, 3 tons, 4 tons, up to 10 tons of dyes.
One person can push it by pressing, easy.
These are put inside the T-slot, inside the bed.
So that the dye easily goes inside the press.
So this is called the quick dye change system.
This saves you time.
Time for loading, unloading, and clamping the dye- the time that we spend is half an hour or one hour.
Instead of that, we can do complete dye change in 5 to 10 minutes.
