So, today, we are at AMTEX, and we are representing brands like Cleanoil.
We have excellent cleaners and skimmers to remove the tramp oil from CNC and VMC machines.
Then we also have clean oil kits for cleaning the machines, removing the oil stain marks from the CNC, and VMC machines.
This is Cleanoil skimmer and this is used to remove the tramp oil from CNC and VMC machines.
So, this is a demonstration being done at AMTEX, Greater Noida today, where we are removing this tramp oil.
This skimmer is removing the tramp oil from this model of CNC, VMC cutting tank, coolant tank.
So, you can see, it’s removing more than 95% of the tramp oil from this and hardly traces of any cutting oil are from the tramp oil from this.
And hardly any traces of any cutting oil are coming, mostly what you can see is tramp oil getting removed from this.
So, the efficiency of the equipment you can see is very good.
This has a regulator, and you can increase and decrease the speed of the motor as well as the impeller.
And there are three modes in this, one is light, medium, and heavy.
So, if the tramp oil is more in coolant tank, you can use the heavy mode, or else you can use medium or light mode.
So, this will give you power saving also plus there is the impeller in this.
You can see there is the impeller, so that impeller is giving you rotation in this coolant tank.
So, what is the advantage of this; it will pull the coolant tramp oil from a far off location of the tank also.
So, that is its USP because of this impeller in the bottom of the tank.
And this is an aluminum body, and so gives long life and is very power efficient.
So, it will give you power savings.
Then we represent hang stiffer lubricants from USA, which are the safest shutting oils available and metal working fluids available on the earth.
Then we have monotronics, the spindle protection systems.
These are used to protect your machines against accidents in case of increase in vibrations for whatever reason.
And the fourth we are representing is the STAFO, these are excellent mist-collectors for removing the mist from the machines.
Mist basically is mostly used for the neat cutting oils in the setting and machines.
