In manufacturing and logistics operations, companies are required to improve traceability while efficiently marking variable information such as lot numbers, serial numbers, and shipping data.
At FOOMA JAPAN 2026, OKUI Co., Ltd. introduced the handheld printer Moli SH, which can scan barcodes and QR codes and print the scanned information directly on-site.
The solution reduces the need for manual data entry and repeated print-setting adjustments, helping streamline marking processes for shipping labels, lot numbers, and product identification codes.
Founded in 1951, the company specializes in industrial marking equipment and provides industrial inkjet printers, laser markers, specialty inks, installation support, and maintenance services for manufacturing and logistics facilities.

Our product is called the Moli SH, the Handy Inkjet Printer.
Its main feature is that, being a handy printer, you simply pull the trigger, place it on the workpiece, and roll it sidewaysto easily print.
However, while this is a fairly common handy printer, our Moli SH has a unique feature:it comes with a barcode scanner.
It can scan barcodes, QR codes, and other similar codes, and print the scanned content on the spot.
In this way, for example, you can scan and print daily changing product lot numbers and individual product numbers on shipping slips, allowing anyone to easily print on the spot without changing the print content settings.
