For metal parts manufacturing, companies often need to manage several processes, including cutting, grinding, fabrication, welding, assembly, and surface treatment. When these steps are handled by separate suppliers, procurement teams may face additional coordination work, longer lead times, and greater quality control complexity.
At the 38th Manufacturing World Tokyo 2026, FACTAS Co., Ltd. introduced its metal processing, fabrication and assembly, and DX-related education software. Based in Higashiosaka, Osaka Prefecture, the company provides fully customized metal processing and supports customers from technical proposals to single-part processing and integrated equipment manufacturing.
The company presented three main areas: a metal processing division focused mainly on cutting and manufacturing, a fabrication and assembly division for metal fabrication and assembly work, and a DX division that has developed education software. It emphasized its ability to handle cutting and grinding for parts ranging from small components to large workpieces.
FACTAS combines in-house processing with a local manufacturing network, allowing it to arrange and manage only the processes required for each project. The company positioned its service as a flexible solution for manufacturers that need custom metal processing, multi-process coordination, fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing education support.

Our company is a joint venture of three companies: one specializing in technology, one in production management, and one in public relations. We are building a first for Japan one-of-a-kind factory.
What we do is use fiber laser welding to produce thin materials that have no distortion, without incurring high time costs, and we are able to offer extremely beautiful and high-precision products.
Among the three companies, there is a stainless steel foundry, a company that manufactures marine outfitting parts and can weld thick materials, and I, in public relations, am in charge of the visual aspects.
Together, these three companies are creating something new, and that’s what we’re doing at this factory.
We are located in Hiroshima Prefecture.
We can handle orders from small lots to large quantities anywhere in the country, so please feel free to contact us if you have any needs.
Thank you.
