On construction sites, carrying materials and tools places a heavy physical burden on workers, while labor shortages continue to increase the need for automation and productivity improvements.
At CSPI-EXPO, NIKKEN Corporation introduced the automated transport cart “Himoon II.” The machine is equipped with “Come-On Mode,” which follows a worker’s footsteps, and “Himoon Mode,” which enables automatic travel along a preset route.
The product was developed to reduce the burden of moving materials and loads on construction sites. In addition to following workers during transport, it can also automate repeated carrying tasks by traveling along defined routes.
As a company engaged in construction and industrial machinery rental, NIKKEN is expanding its proposals for robotic and automated equipment that supports labor saving and construction DX on job sites.

We would like to introduce an automated transport cart called “Himoon II.”
NIKKEN is a company that rents robots related to the construction industry as well as general machinery.
The “Himoon II” we are introducing was developed to reduce the burden on workers when carrying and moving materials.
It has two functions.
One is “Come-On Mode,” which follows a person’s footsteps, and the other is “Himoon Mode,” in which the cart automatically travels along a route. With these functions, the machine reduces the burden of transport for workers and supports labor saving through full automation.
