Automatic setup concept model - DKK Co., Ltd. [Thermotec 2026]

DKK Co., Ltd. is exhibiting three concept models side by side at Thermotec 2026, aiming to improve changeovers. All three are working demo units, and the display highlights labor-saving and efficiency gains in setup work.

The exhibit consists of a demo of a receiving fixture that can grip workpieces of different diameters, a mechanism that automatically switches heating coils, and a unit that automatically changes the area covered by cooling water when the size changes.

The initiative is intended to meet demand for reducing setup work and improving efficiency in high-frequency induction heating. Development toward commercialization is also underway.
