00:16 The GVC-0260 is a double-station continuous gear generating grinder developed for high-precision, efficient mass production of small- to medium-diameter gears.

00:35 While one station is grinding gears, the other removes the processed workpiece and feeds the next one.

00:47 By running machining and workpiece exchange in parallel and switching stations in just 2.5 seconds, it reduces machine idle time.

00:59 In one example, for a gear with an outer diameter of 29.6 mm and a module of 1.75, the grinding time is 20 seconds.
