At Hi Japan 2026, New Gaia Energy Co., Ltd. introduced processed raw materials made from domestically grown gold kiwifruit. The exhibit covered powder, puree, juice, and whole fruit, presented as ingredients derived from its group company’s cultivated gold kiwifruit.
The booth focused on ingredient forms that can be used as fruit-processing raw materials: powder, puree, juice, and fruit. The company positioned these materials as domestic Japanese-origin ingredients and as products that can support food-loss reduction and SDGs-related claims.
The exhibit is relevant to food development and ingredient sourcing for manufacturers seeking Japanese fruit materials. New Gaia Energy Co., Ltd. also operates in fruit and fruit-processing raw materials, which aligns with the products shown at the booth.
