We are here at Farnborough airshow displaying our new solutions which include the Twinbin live,
which incorporates low energy bluetooth into the bins, connects to an online platform and just makes it faster, quicker and a lot easier to maintain the stock within your organisation.
Each bin has two compartments, you’ve got the in-use chamber and the reserve safety stock above.
The guys take the stock from the lower bin, that could be one or two weeks of stock.
Instead of having to stock out like you might do in a traditional bin, the next user simply pulls the middle slider,

brings the next batch into play and the red flag visually pops up to the store manager to say you need to replenish.
You’ve still got two weeks of stock so you can still operate, the store manager or service provider will come back in,
and reset the flag with the third batch, pop it back in the top and the cycle continues, you’re back on green, its like a traffic light system.
With the bluetooth solution, it automatically connects the system, gets a history of everything that has happened,
remotely anywhere in the world you can see the stock levels of bins that you’re looking after.
