In plastic molding processes, moisture contained in resin pellets can lead to molding defects and quality variation, making efficient control of drying, dehumidifying, and conveying essential for stable production.
At Manufacturing Expo 2026, Shini Plastic Technology Thailand introduced a compact drying system that integrates drying, dehumidifying, and conveying functions into a single unit. The company supports customers in Thailand as a distributor of the Shini brand, maintaining local inventory and spare parts.
The exhibited machine uses a honeycomb rotor dehumidifying system and is suitable for resin materials that require pre-drying before molding, including PET, PC, and bioplastics. It can also be used for pellets that require only drying, with the company emphasizing shorter drying time compared with conventional machines.
After drying and dehumidifying, the pellets are conveyed to the molding machine by a built-in vacuum conveyor. The system can be connected to various types of equipment, including injection molding machines, extruders, and blow molding machines, while local after-sales service and spare parts support are provided in Thailand.
