For Japanese seasonings targeting overseas markets, versatility across local food cultures and usability in both household and commercial kitchens are important points of differentiation.
At FOOD TAIPEI MEGA SHOWS, Shinshu Shizen Oukoku Co., Ltd. introduced around 20 products, led by its “Kokusan Yasai no Mori Sauce,” along with bagna càuda and dip sauces.
The sauce was presented as an all-purpose seasoning that can be used for yakiniku, stir-fried vegetables, hamburg steak, tofu dishes, and salad dressing. Through tasting opportunities, the company promoted the ease of use of Japanese seasonings for the Taiwan market.
The company develops, manufactures, and sells processed foods such as seasonings, dip sauces, jams, dressings, and pasta sauces, using domestic agricultural ingredients including those from Nagano Prefecture.
