At the venue, the company lined up curry bread and koppe-pan sandwiches, which are also popular in supermarkets, while highlighting a new loaf completed together with Yamada Farm in Shiga Prefecture. Its defining feature is that it uses 100% raw milk and no water, conveying a formulation that brings out the flavor of the farm’s milk.

The company also produces bread for local school lunches and hospitals, wholesales to supermarkets nationwide, handles OEM production, and sells dairy products wholesale.
