Skyberry dry chips - Berryz Fun [GOOD LIFE Fair 2026]

At GOOD LIFE Fair 2026, Berryz Fun introduced five products, including its Skyberry-based "Skyberry Dry Chips." Based in Kanuma City, Tochigi Prefecture, the company operates a strawberry-picking farm and also sells strawberries directly and offers processed strawberry products. From the beginning of its production, it has remained committed to the premium Skyberry variety.

The centerpiece of the exhibit was a lineup of processed products that make use of Skyberry’s strong sweetness and large size. Alongside dried fruit made by drying sliced strawberries, the company also displayed gluten-free rice flour cookies and snowballs, a jam sandwich made with strawberry jam, and pâte de fruit, a French confection that concentrates sweetness and umami.

The company currently cultivates 11 strawberry varieties, and its approach is characterized by turning the traits of each variety into products. Rather than presenting strawberries only as fruit to eat fresh, the exhibit broadened them into dried confections, baked goods, and jam-based sweets, showing visitors the many ways Skyberry can be enjoyed.
