In the field of semiconductor equipment, RAYDENT treatment is
used for various jigs and equipment parts for the purpose of high corrosion resistance, light absorption, and chemical resistance.
It is characterized by coating the base material metal with metal chromium fine particle coating of about 1 to 2 microns, and the coating itself forms a diffusion element in the base material.
As a result, this film can be made semi-permanently with such strong adhesion that it cannot be physically isolated.
Taking advantage of the characteristics of the film, it is possible to impregnate and adhere various polymer films, ceramic films, etc. to the base film that normally cannot adhere to metal.
By changing the film that appears on the outermost surface in various ways, there is a technology creation that can change the surface film to suit the surface physical properties required for each machine part.
