This is on Jeju Island, the southernmost tip of Korea, but it’s farmed in a place called Wando.

About 23,000 tons are farmed annually.

In 2000, it was about 50 tons, which means that the amount of aquaculture has gone up considerably.

Korean abalone is used in hotels, inns, and izakayas (Japanese style pubs) all over Japan.

Most chefs are familiar with Korean abalone.

There’s a lot of abalone out there, and it’s used in a lot of different places.

This time, we would like to introduce you to frozen abalone, which is made by steaming and freezing the live abalone.

This way, when you thaw it, heat it, and cook it, it will remain soft all the way through.

This is the main selling point of this product, so it is very useful in many places, such as Chinese restaurants and Japanese restaurants.

Unlike live food, we can stock up and use the necessary amount when needed, so we are very enthusiastic about this product.

We always freeze and process them when they are at their best, before the spring spawning season.

It’s great for meat and is useful in many places, so please buy it.
