We do see ourselves as the next generation of plant-based meat alternatives,
in the sense that we’ve developed products with a completely different approach.

Our products are mycelium based and we do mix the mycelium and different technologies with fresh ingredients.
so that takes our products to the next level and it does have a major point of differentiation.
So our product is not pre-cooked, it’s not industrialized, it’s all Artisan products, it’s all fresh.
we think we’ve got a different approach from a branding perspective, we don’t want to make people feel guilty about their food choices,
it’s all about having a completely different approach, it’s all about trying to connect with meat lovers,
who are our main audience and not trying to make them feel guilty.
