In medical parts and precision plastic molding, manufacturers need high molding accuracy, automation that reduces direct contact with finished products, and equipment capable of handling both thin-wall and thick-wall molding.
At Manufacturing Expo 2026, SP Intermach introduced proposals as a distributor of Haitian plastic injection molding machines, while also presenting plastic injection molding machines from the Japanese brand Niigata.
At the booth, the company exhibited an all-electric injection molding machine producing syringe jackets, emphasizing high-precision molding and clear product finish. The machine was introduced as capable of molding not only thin materials but also thicker molded products.
The system also includes a robot arm that removes molded products from the mold and places them on a conveyor, helping reduce product contamination in medical applications. In Thailand, the company has a team of more than 30 professional after-sales service technicians and operates service centers in the Rayong and Rama II areas to support customers quickly.
