The machine is designed for energy-saving operation and features a Thai-language operation panel for customers in Thailand. It was presented as equipment that supports stable molding through AI control while improving ease of use on the factory floor.
Chen Hsong has more than 70 years of history as a plastic injection molding machine manufacturer and also utilizes Japanese technology through a joint venture with Mitsubishi Electric. For after-sales service, the company provides support through a team of more than 20 service engineers operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
