Hello, I’m Charlotte Raffo from The Monkey Puzzle Tree.
My business The Monkey Puzzle Tree was started in 2017 and I collaborate with fine artists from the north of England,
My business The Monkey Puzzle Tree was started in 2017 and I collaborate with fine artists from the north of England,
to create beautiful wallpapers and fabrics that we make within 100 miles of our Leeds studio.
One of our aims is to help preserve skills and jobs locally.
So for example our All Tomorrow’s Futures fabric which is in green and orange and blue,
we created that with artist Alexis Snell and its a beautiful linen cotton blend which we had locally woven and then screen-printed with an amazing design, which is a celebration of nature.
It has a little bit of a twist so theres birds that turn into aeroplanes and snakes coming out of the factory,
and it really tells a story, which most of our designs do.
