In aerospace manufacturing, hydraulic components and complex prismatic parts require a high level of machining accuracy, material reliability, and process control. Aircraft, helicopters, rockets, and missile systems also increasingly demand lightweight components that can support precise motion control under strict performance requirements.
At ILA Berlin 2026, YASA presented high-precision components for commercial aircraft, military aircraft, and helicopters. The company operates from two locations, one in Poland with around 120 employees and another in Georgia in the Caucasus region with around 30 employees.
The company introduced complex aluminum hydraulic components, including a mock-up of a part that is assembled into a hydraulic actuator for the Airbus A330neo aileron. YASA also referred to a spoiler manifold used in the Boeing 787 Dreamliner and high-strength aluminum parts for business-class aircraft seats.
YASA emphasized its use of high-end equipment, including Japanese Okuma machines and five-axis machining systems, to produce complex parts that require precise tooling and tight accuracy. The company also introduced an ultra-small electrohydraulic servo valve developed through a spin-off initiative, targeting rockets, missile systems, and aircraft that require lightweight, high-precision hydraulic motion control.

Hello, my name is Marcus Miller. I would like to introduce my company, Yasa.It is spelled like this.We have two locations, one in Poland with about 120 people. And second one in Georgia in the Caucasus with about 30 people. We focus on producing complex, prismatic components for aircraft, both civil and military, as well as helicopters. And one of our specialties is hydraulic components like this one which is a mockup of an aluminum component so that we can see what’s going on inside. Many features that create this product and in the end it gets assembled to the actuator hydraulic actuator that moves the Airbus A330 Neo the aileron. Other components like this one go into the 787 Dreamliner. This is a spoiler manifold. And further components that we produce are for business class seats like these made from high strength aluminum. We produce these components on high-end machines including Japanese Okuma machines and fiveaxis machines. We produce and deliver to many countries including Japan, Philippines, Germany, and the US.And we are available for complex solutions that require highly complex tools and high precision that is generally required in hydraulic components. We also have a smaller spin-off company that produces very very small electro-hydraulic servo valves. The world’s smallest servo valves- more lightweight than what goes into a Formula 1 car.And we’re hoping to place these on rockets, on missile systems, or even aircraft where very precise, lightweight hydraulic motion control is required. Our website is yasa-aero.comyasa-aero.com.You can have a look at our portfolio and we will be delighted to hear from you if you are interested in our products and you would like to know more.Thank you very much.
