Unser Ziel ist die Automatisierung dieser Prozesse.<br \/>Eine Besonderheit dieses Systems besteht darin, dass es Material bis zum Boden eines Beh\u00e4lters aufnehmen kann.<br \/>Herk\u00f6mmliche Industrieroboter vermeiden in der Regel den Kontakt mit Objekten, da dies als riskant gilt. Die von uns entwickelte Roboterhand verf\u00fcgt jedoch \u00fcber eine flexible Struktur und kann daher Material direkt vom Beh\u00e4lterboden aufnehmen.<br \/>Eine weitere Eigenschaft ist die F\u00e4higkeit, eine konstante Menge zu erfassen. Durch die Begrenzung des Volumens eines beh\u00e4lterf\u00f6rmigen Aufnahmeelements und eine Abstreifbewegung von oben wurde dieser Endeffektor entwickelt, inspiriert von der Art und Weise, wie Menschen Teel\u00f6ffel oder Essl\u00f6ffel verwenden.<br \/>Das Material wird aufgenommen, abgestreift, in einer definierten Menge erfasst und anschlie\u00dfend in eine Verarbeitungsanlage eingebracht.<br \/>Im Vergleich zu konventionellen Systemen, die Waagen zur Dosierung verwenden, kann dieser Prozess deutlich schneller abgeschlossen werden.<br \/>Derzeit arbeiten wir gemeinsam mit einem Startup-Unternehmen an der Entwicklung und praktischen Nutzung solcher Systeme f\u00fcr die Dosierung von Rohstoffen vor dem Versand.
