TOUKI Co., Ltd. exhibited yuzu, matcha, and health food materials at Hi Japan 2026. The yuzu on display was a fresh, new-season product brought from China and was presented as comparable in aroma and sourness to Japanese yuzu. The company also brought sweets made from materials supplied by its China-based subsidiary, Sichuan Xiangzhen.

The yuzu was introduced as suitable for beverages or seasonings. The matcha was presented as a Chinese product with vivid color and a rich taste, and visitors were invited to sample it at the booth. The health food material was explained as a dissolved-and-drink ingredient for people with eating difficulty, swallowing difficulty, or absorption-related problems. It was said to be developed from the Chinese concept of food and medicine sharing the same origin, and the same materials were also used to make mooncakes and confectionery.

The exhibit points to applications in beverages, seasonings, tasting products, and soft-texture foods for health-oriented use. TOUKI’s role as an importer of organic foods provides the business context for introducing these China-sourced materials to Japan.
