Zahara is the head of the Cooperative Rosa Damaskina.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

So um Zahara actually in Arabic also\u00a0 means flower which is really beautiful because here we have a lot of products that are related\u00a0to flowers.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
So we have the Damascus Rose and in this beautiful woman Cooperative, they collect the\u00a0Damascus flowers and the roses.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
And they use steam water like… they collect\u00a0them, and they put them on and then from below\u00a0they have it with steam.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
And this is how they\u00a0distillate the rose water which we can see here.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
It is amazing tonic water that you can use for\u00a0instance… for like the face or also… you can also eat it.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
It’s uh it’s a hundred\u00a0percent like a natural product.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
It’s only roses and we’re very proud\u00a0of this product.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

But we also make powder.
This powder for\u00a0instance.
It’s made of the the petals, the rose petals as well.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Yeah sorry. This is how it looks this is the\u00a0Rose powder and it is something that we use\u00a0for like cosmetic purposes in combination with\u00a0the rose petal water.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

It can use it to have like a face mask for example.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

And then we really\u00a0try to use all of the flowers like all of the roses.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We we’re like aiming for like zero waste.
So the flowers here, the petals, we dry them and we use them for tea for instance, like you can see here.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

So if you boil it with like…you boil up hot water, you can produce tea out of it.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

It’s really amazing and, we also dry the rest of the petals.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

This\u00a0is something we use for cuisine, Moroccan Cuisine like for our bakery, for instance, if you try\u00a0to bake a cake, for example.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

And this is something that will add a real freshness and like the natural flavor of the Damascus Rose.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

And yeah yeah, this is the main product.
