src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-3.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">And an imminent problem\u00a0in this area is wheel of the the\u00a0material is destroying actually pick very fast.\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-6.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">You see this here for a road cutting device with\u00a0smaller picks.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-7.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">We do this first, in the first place for mining applications for bigger picks.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-8.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">And we\u00a0have found the system which is robust enough to survive under these very hard conditions\u00a0with very strong impact on the tools.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-9.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">and can record data about the movement of the picks.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-10.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">So\u00a0in the first place it can differentiate between a moving and and still movable pick and\u00a0the pick getting stuck.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-11.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">So the operator gets an early warning or can get an early warning,\u00a0and do something about it before too\u00a0many things are destroyed.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-12.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">And so the efficiency\u00a0of the machine will be heightened started with was selective cutting which\u00a0is seen on the background here.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-14.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">Because many\u00a0mines in the in the world especially in Germany are very small deposits and you cannot exploit\u00a0them at the moment in an economical way.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-15.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">because the Machinery or the kind of excavation is not\u00a0 suitable for that.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-16.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">So it produces large streams of material which contains various low amounts of\u00a0minerals and commodities to to get out in the end.\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-18.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">So we try to and develop systems which can detect\u00a0which kind of material is actually cut with the\u00a0picks.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-19.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">By the reaction of the picks , what\u00a0is being cut.<br \/>And we can differentiate between very hard and very weak material with these picks\u00a0at the moment and we are doing results in that.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-20.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">And we think that we are the first on the world\u00a0to do this kind of pick movement measurement<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-22.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">and we try to improve the the chances of doing\u00a0mining in a very green and clean and resource-saving\u00a0method or methodology.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-23.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">So hopefully our\u00a0company will get started with the big players in the industry with a machine manufacturers.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-24.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">They\u00a0already are very impressed by what we have done here and we will start project with them,<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-25.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">we start\u00a0development of certain applications in order to have assistance systems which give the operators\u00a0 early warning in the first place.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/bauma_2022_10\/bauma_2022_10_05-26.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">but later on also will enable maybe autonomous machines because\u00a0what we get from this signals are just control\u00a0signals for the machine.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\"
