30th anniversary.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/innotrans_2022_09\/innotrans_2022_09_03-6.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">It gathers 90 people and one of the\u00a0particularities is that we invest\u00a0a lot in Innovation.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/innotrans_2022_09\/innotrans_2022_09_03-7.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">So we invest more\u00a0than 10 percent of our annual turnover.<br \/>In research and Innovation, we&#8217;ll have a whole\u00a0team developing equipment methodologies.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img which is a software.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/innotrans_2022_09\/innotrans_2022_09_03-9.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">We have a new software that is on Google Cloud that&#8217;s called website.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/innotrans_2022_09\/innotrans_2022_09_03-10.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">You can see here we\u00a0are actually in Innotrans, which is a really a Trade Fair because Railway investigation\u00a0is a significant part of our business.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img efforts in R&#038;D essentially with extensive result the French\u00a0Railway Network,<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/innotrans_2022_09\/innotrans_2022_09_03-12.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">a new methodology to assess\u00a0the health and more rendering of the of the track in order to prioritize renewal\u00a0and maintenance works.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/innotrans_2022_09\/innotrans_2022_09_03-14.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">So it&#8217;s mainly directed\u00a0towards Revenue Service lines.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" construction of new lines.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" in\u00a0terms of safety and also to increase the speeds\u00a0on certain tracks.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" are beneath the tracks.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" other part is selling\u00a0equipment, Innovative Equipment to characterize the mechanical features of the soil,<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/innotrans_2022_09\/innotrans_2022_09_03-19.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">which we call\u00a0Dynamic penetration tests, so we have a wide range.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tenji.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/video_img\/innotrans_2022_09\/innotrans_2022_09_03-20.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_text\">We have the panda which is a standardized\u00a0 here.<br \/>We cannot bring it on the on the boot we have a larger equipment that&#8217;s called the grizzly.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"caption_box\">\n<div class=\"caption_img\"><img brief presentation of Soul solution, a French manufacturer of\u00a0solutions to develop to assess the correct the the features of the soil for constructions.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div
