Hi there, we are Centriair, swedish\u00a0company specializing in order control and particle separation.
We work mainly\u00a0within the waste biogas and food sector.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
And our technology consists of combining\u00a0the ultraviolet oxidation techniques, \u00a0together with a carbon filter which we call ColdOx system.\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
Here you can see the smaller version of the\u00a0coldOx system which we call coldOx compact.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
You have the UV lamps inside and the carbon\u00a0system on the peripheral surface of the unit.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
This system is ideal for municipal\u00a0pumping stations or small waste storage areas\u00a0that have that have bad smell and cause a lot of\u00a0trouble for the neighbors.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
We also have the larger\u00a0version of that coldOx system right here, this is\u00a0more of an industrial solution<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
for large waste reception or waste sourcing facility, as well as a biogas processing facilities.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
Also in the food sector as well, what happens\u00a0is you have all your other resources going into one ventilation duct<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
and then that\u00a0duct is being extracted by our system, the air then goes into our ultraviolet technology\u00a0where we expose the gas to uv radiation.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
And then followed by an active carbon filter and you can see you can see the full concept here.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
For this project and this is actually a waste\u00a0bunker extraction where we have achieved 95 order\u00a0reduction.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
The beauty with this system is that\u00a0we guarantee at least 95 percent order reduction.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
And vocs here we have a\u00a0different unique type technology which is a\u00a0catalytic converter.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
This catalytic converter deals\u00a0with applications with extreme concentrations.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
When i say extreme, I mean in millions of other\u00a0units a good example of this application is that is when you install it for instance at\u00a0pasteurization tanks, hygienization tanks\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
and other storage areas where\u00a0you have uh really high concentrations of vocs.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
And all doors so what happens is it’s a patented\u00a0catalyst inside,\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
this technology that is heated\u00a0up using only electricity which makes it quite\u00a0environmental friendly.\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
It has its own heat exchanger which means all the heat energy that’s inside the unit is kept in the unit.\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
Therefore minimizing the power consumption so the\u00a0power consumption of a unit then drops down to\u00a0six watts per cubic meter.
The difference\u00a0between the inlet temperature and outlet\u00a0temperature is only 20 degrees.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
which means all the\u00a0400 degrees are more or less kept inside this unit.\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
The centrifuge solution is what we offer within\u00a0the frying sector it is a technology that we use\u00a0for separating oil particles from the fryer.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
When\u00a0you fry potatoes chicken meat there is a lot of\u00a0oil droplets,<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
that escape the fryer and enter the\u00a0ducks mix together with the dust and create first\u00a0of all a fire hazard.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
And then also economically\u00a0it’s quite expensive to keep cleaning those ducts.
So the centrifuge\u00a0solution allows the customer to capture\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
those oil particles from the fryer with a hundred\u00a0percent efficiency,<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
so the centrifuge captures\u00a0all particles down to the size of one\u00a0micron making the gas virtually clean after\u00a0the centrifuge.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
We then combine the centrifuge\u00a0together with our coal dock system over there.
We get a very good order reduction\u00a0and particle separation at the same time.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
