Hello. This is fakiniti. It’s an italian company making cheese cutting machines since 1975.
We are highly specialized in fixed weight cutting of both round wheels and block.
We can extract the call and even portion the core eventually if that’s needed.
We can cut large blocks into small blocks or locks we can make cubes.
Anything that it’s about it’s making. This is a very compact machine.

Just one half meter long and everything is automated you just weigh the the wheel and just you put it inside.
The machine calculate starting from your target weight we calculate how large the weight just must be or how large a portion has to be.
