International Fermentation and Brewing Food Industry EXPO 2022 (Japan)
The “International Fermented and Brewed Food Industry Exhibition” is the first in Japan to ferment foodstuffs with the action of microorganisms to improve taste, improve shelf life, produce foodstuffs and seasonings, and even improve health. This is the only specialized exhibition in Japan that focuses on “fermented foods” and “brewed foods”, which are the oldest processed foods in the food industry that can improve various benefits such as growth.
Research on fermented and fermented foods has progressed, and not only has the quality and taste of food improved, but many evidences of its great health effects have been published, and attention to fermented and fermented foods is increasing.
At the same time, the “Health and Pre-Byo Industry Exhibition 2022 [Well-being JAPAN]” will be held.
The exhibition will be held for four days from November 29, 2022 (Tuesday) to December 1, 2022 (Friday). The venue is Tokyo Big Sight.
