I look after the pro video market for Sennheiser.
I’d like to introduce you toĀ two mics that we’ve got displayed today.
I’ve got the make 200 here I’ve got the make 400 here.

They’re both really good microphones designed to be used with either a smartphoneĀ or going into a camera CSC DSLR style camera.
On the left hand side here we’ve got the Mke200.
It’s a small compact mic, you’ve got the cable mount that comes out the front there.
A lockable 3.5 mil connector uses one of these cables screws intoĀ the front into your camera there.
Behind it takes the power from the device thatĀ it’s plugged into.
So you haven’t got to worry about batteries.
At all in the kit you get twoĀ cables one for a camera and then another one for a smartphone and as you can see the smartphone one.

It’s got a nice label on it that says smartphone so it’s easy to pick the right cable for theĀ right job.
Also in the kit you get a furry cover which helps with the wind protection.
LookingĀ at the microphone itself you’ve got a metal mesh cover that acts in a similar way to a foam cover.
But it’s a lot more durable it’s not going to crumble and degrade over time it’s a solid metal.
Metal cover microphone sits inside there on a suspension.
So it’s nice and secure very ruggedĀ microphone fits on top of a camera cold shoe.
Nice, easy to use bike and then we’ve got it’sĀ bigger brother the MKE400.
This uses batteries itself so what you’ve got is you’ve got twoĀ AAA batteries that gives you a hundred hoursĀ battery life,
You’ve got the locker ballĀ connector at the front there cable comes outĀ into the camera itself.
On the right-hand side ofĀ the microphone itself we’ve got a headphone input with a volume control on the other side.
We’ve gotĀ an on off switch we’ve got a sensitivity switch and we’ve got a low-cut filter.
We canĀ deploy that to get rid of some wind noise.

Cardioid more of a shotgun style so pick up toĀ this mic a bit more focus into the 200 myself.
